PROJECTSBEN Namibia's projects are a result of responding to the needs of the people in the communities where we operate. Since we began in 2005, we have had the good fortune to collaborate with a huge number of project participants, local community based organisations,donors and supporters to implement a diverse range of projects.
While our main focus is now on the Bicycle Empowerment Centre Programme, we have some exciting new projects planned for 2011, including a micro-finance pilot project to make bicycles more accessible to women, and Katu-Tours, a bicycle-based tourism venture in Windhoek's former 'blacks only' township area, Katutura.
