Bicycles help combat crime
Provincial Sustainable Transport Programme (PSTP) bicycle distributions continue to combat crime in the communities. Mamre Neighbourhood Watch received 20 bicycles on 1st September 2021. The PSTP Programme is driven by Western Cape Government – Transport and Public Works, Cape Town partnered with Pedal Power Association, BEN, Qhubeka Charity and Bike4All.
