Bicycles for Youth empowerment
29 September 2021 – Anchor Cycling Club received 10 bicycles in Riebeeck West to enable youth empowerment in the community, through the use of a bicycle. We wish Anchor Cycling Club all the best with the projects Elton has planned ahead. This is part of the Western Cape Government Transport and Public Works Departments Provincial Sustainable Transport Programme (PSTP), partnered with Pedal Power Association, Bicycling Empowerment Network and Qhubeka.
