Youth Outreach Programmes aided by bicycles
At Inspire Life in Langa they inspire at-risk youth to turn their lives around for the better. They afford them Film Productions skills so they can tell their experiences and impact the world. The 12 bicycles they received in April 2021 have proven to be a tremendous draw card to bringing in more youth to their outreach programme. Bicycles do change lives! These bicycles were distributed through the PSTP bicycle distribution by the Western Cape Government Transport & Public Works Department, partnered with the Bicycle Consortium (Bicycling Empowerment Network), Pedal Power Association and !hubeka.
